How can I best prepare for a train based trip?

  • Prepare a digital picture of your wheelchair along with its dimensions ready for email when booking.
  • Prepare dimensions and a list of requirements for any hire commodes or lifters.
  • Plan your interstate train transfers carefully to avoid delays.
  • Read the ‘fitness document’ before booking your train travel to ensure a greater understanding of the experience and what extras are required.
