Nutrition

Nutrition is important for all people but if your child has a specific health issue or has a disability it is imperative that a focus on nutrition is considered in your health plan. Likewise adult nutrition is important.

There are also factors on feeding issues, behavioural issues around food and special needs such as feeding tubes for people with SCI (spinal cord injury) or people with specific health needs requiring tube feeding.

There are also factors such as allergies and diets that are required factoring in to any planning for peoples medical planning. Especially if a person has anaphylaxis allergy such as nut allergy.
